June Ann Oliver

 

June Ann Oliver ran into the arms of Jesus on July 29, 2024 with her daughters, husband and sister (best friend) by her side in San Francisco.

June was born to James and Ellen Simpkins on May 22, 1954 in Merced, Calif.

She grew up in El Portal and graduated from Mariposa County High School in 1972.

She was proceeded in death by both parents and late husband, James Adams.

She is survived by her husband of five years, Jack Oliver, her children Jamie Dole (Dan), Jonni Jean Grays (Leroy), Jeffrey Oliver ( Jerenda) and Jason Oliver (Amanda) and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and her best friend and sister, Anita Hopman ( James).

June was a very successful business owner of Cal-Med Central Billing for over 33 years. She was a faithful member of Central Valley Baptist Church.

She was an amazingly strong and independent woman and she taught her girls to be the same.

Some of her favorite things to do were spending time with her family, shopping, traveling around to trap shoots with Jack and Anita and camping.

She always looked forward to our family’s annual Easter camping trips when the whole family would camp together for the week.

June will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed.

Please join us for a celebration of her life at 10 a.m. at the Central Valley Baptist Church, 17900 Comconex Road in Manteca.
